Hardware is basically the physical parts or components in the computer. There are many different categories of Hardware, but for this post I will focus on the two basic ones: Input and Output

According to the Cambridge dictionary, Input is the part that carries information to the machine (in this case, its the computer) the information is carried through an input device. Some examples of an input devices are: keyboard, mouse, webcam and a scanner.

Output is the part that carries information out of the machine, its carried through an output devices. Some examples of an output devices are: printers, projectors, speakers and headphones.
